Funki Buys – Shipping Policy

We’re pleased to offer free worldwide shipping on all orders — no minimum purchase required.
Please note that while we ship to most countries, there may be some regions we cannot currently service. If you're unsure whether we can deliver to your location, feel free to reach out to us at sales@funkibuys.com before placing your order.
⏱ Processing & Delivery Times
Shipping times vary depending on the product and destination. Estimated delivery windows are displayed on each product page and include both processing and transit time.
Standard processing time: 8–10 business days
Estimated delivery time: 4–6 weeks from your order date
Some products may ship faster (in as little as 1–2 weeks), with processing times of just 3–5 business days.
Business days are Monday to Friday 9.00 AM to 5.00 PM (EST)
and do not include weekends or public holidays.
Please note that all shipping timelines are approximate and may be affected by customs inspections, seasonal demand, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
🌍 Customs, Duties & Taxes
Customs policies vary from country to country. Import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply to your order and are the responsibility of the buyer.
These fees are not included in our prices or shipping costs.
Funki Buys is not responsible for delays caused by customs processes or for any additional charges incurred during importation.
📦 Order & Shipping Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
When your item ships, we’ll send a second email with your tracking number and shipping details.
🔍 Tracking Your Order
Tracking numbers usually become active within 48 hours of shipment.
You can track your package via:
- The link in your shipping confirmation email
- Our Track My Order page
- Universal tracking platforms like 17Track, AfterShip, or your courier’s official site
📭 Haven’t Received Your Order?
If it’s been more than 42 days since your shipping confirmation and your order still hasn’t arrived, please email us at sales@funkibuys.com with your order number. We’ll investigate and get back to you within 1–2 business days.
🚚 Shipping Carriers
We work with a variety of trusted international carriers to deliver your order securely and efficiently, including:
DHL, USPS, UPS, FedEx, EMS, Cainiao, YunExpress, AliExpress Standard Shipping, and other reliable couriers.
🛠 Returns & Damaged Items
We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect orders placed by the buyer. AU & EU customers: Your rights under local consumer laws apply.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described, please contact us within:
- 7 days of delivery (USA & Australia)
- 10 days of delivery (International orders)
Email us at sales@funkibuys.com with the following:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the damage or defect
- Images of the packaging and tags (if available)
If your case is approved, we may issue a refund or store credit, depending on the situation.
