We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
All sales are considered final.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us
within 7 days of delivery at sales@funkibuys.com with the following:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
We will review your case and work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a refund or store credit, at our discretion.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer product exchanges. If your item is faulty or damaged, we will address it through our refund or store credit process.
