Funki Buys – Returns & Refunds Policy

At Funki Buys, we value your trust and aim to deliver quality every time. While we can’t offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases or customer errors (such as ordering the wrong size or color), we do provide a resolution if your item is:

  • Damaged in transit
  • Faulty or defective
  • Substantially different from what was advertised

We’re happy to assist if your item falls into one of the following categories:

✔️ Refunds or Store Credit Available For:

  • Items damaged during shipping
  • Items with manufacturer defects
  • Incorrect or misrepresented items

❌ Not Eligible for Return or Refund:

  • Change-of-mind purchases
  • Customer errors (wrong size, color, etc.)
  • Final sale or discounted items
  • Products that have been used or worn

To ensure we can help you quickly and effectively, please report any issues within:

🌍 Other Countries 10 days of delivery
Please note: Some items may be shipped from international warehouses based on availability and destination, which can affect delivery times

📧 How to File a Claim

Send an email to sales@funkibuys.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A short summary of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product showing the damage, defect, or wrong item
  • Pictures of the original tags and packaging

Once received, we’ll assess the claim and respond within 1–2 business days. If your claim is approved, we’ll issue a refund or store credit, depending on the situation.

📦 Items That Can’t Be Returned

Please note we cannot accept returns for the following:

  • Final sale, clearance, or promotional items
  • Digital gift cards or complimentary items
  • Items returned without prior approval
  • Used, worn, or altered products

🇦🇺 Australia – You are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law if your item is faulty, not as described, or fails to meet acceptable quality standards.
