Funki Buys – Returns & Refunds Policy

At Funki Buys, we value your trust and aim to deliver quality every time. While we can’t offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases or customer errors (such as ordering the wrong size or color), we do provide a resolution if your item is:
- Damaged in transit
- Faulty or defective
- Substantially different from what was advertised

We’re happy to assist if your item falls into one of the following categories:

- Items with manufacturer defects
- Incorrect or misrepresented items
❌ Not Eligible for Return or Refund:
- Change-of-mind purchases
- Customer errors (wrong size, color, etc.)
- Final sale or discounted items
- Products that have been used or worn

📧 How to File a Claim
Send an email to sales@funkibuys.com with the following:
- Your order number
- A short summary of the issue
- Clear photos of the product showing the damage, defect, or wrong item
- Pictures of the original tags and packaging
Once received, we’ll assess the claim and respond within 1–2 business days. If your claim is approved, we’ll issue a refund or store credit, depending on the situation.

📦 Items That Can’t Be Returned
Please note we cannot accept returns for the following:

- Digital gift cards or complimentary items
- Items returned without prior approval
- Used, worn, or altered products

🇦🇺 Australia – You are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law if your item is faulty, not as described, or fails to meet acceptable quality standards.
