Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. We also accept payment by PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay. If you decide to use any of these methods, you’ll be taken to either their websites, where you’ll be prompted to log in and process your payment. You’ll then be directed back to our merchant website once your transaction is complete.

Ordering and delivery

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Sure. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time. How much is shipping?

We provide free shipping on all orders.

Can I track my order?

Yes you can! We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

When will I be notified?

You will receive a confirmation email when you place an order with us.

This will include our contact information should you have any queries or you can contact us via our contact form or at sales@funkibuys.com.

You will receive a shipping email with tracking information once your order as shipped.

for 1-2 weeks delivery, processing time is 3-5 days,

3-5 Days is when you will receive your shipping/tracking information email.

for 4-6 weeks delivery, processing time is 8-10 days,

8-10  Days is when you will receive your shipping/tracking information email.

 

When will my order be sent out?

Order processing time for US is 3-5 days, your order will be sent out after this.

Order processing time for Rest of World is - 8-10 days, your order will be sent out after this.

 

When will my order arrive?

Orders that require shipping within the U.S. will be delivered within 1-2 weeks or 4-6 weeks, depending on the shipping method. Delivery times are specified in the product description section. Orders for countries outside of the U.S. may take up to 2-7 weeks, depending on the shipping method. Feel free to contact us to check the expected delivery time for specific countries using our contact us page here. Please get in touch if your order hasn’t been delivered according to the expected timescales, and we will check your order status for you.

Where is my order confirmation?

Your order confirmation is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at sales@funkibuys.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

Why has my order been canceled?

We typically only cancel orders if there’s a problem with stock, or if you’ve asked us to cancel. Please accept our apologies if your order is canceled because of a problem at our end. We’ll always offer an alternative product and process your refund in full, as quickly as possible.

How do I cancel my order?

There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via sales@funkibuys.com, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. If not, we’ll despatch your order and then you can return it to us if you wish upon receiving it.

Can I alter my order?

Sadly, we’re unable to modify your order once we’ve started processing it. If you need to order a greater quantity or an additional product, please place a new order online.

Returns

Can I return an item?

Funki Buys has a no refund, no exchange policy. Thank you for your understanding. For more information, please refer to our  Refund Policy.
 

Should your item be faulty or arrive in a defective or damaged state please contact us at sales@funkibuys.com within 7 Days and include pictures showing the issue and we will assist your further.

 
 

Can I exchange an item?
