Care Instructions:

1. BEST USE: We always recommend to heat the water in another vessel and to pour the boiling water into the cast iron teapot after placing the loose tea or tea bags to the infuser.
2. AS A KETTLE: Do not overfill the teapot. We suggest to not load more than 27Oz (800ml) of water for boiling. and only fill to about 70-80%. Stovetop safe, over a small flame is suggested. 
3. TO CLEAN: It is not recommended to use dishwashing detergent to clean the teapot. Just wash with warm water and dry with a clean cloth. Always wipe the exterior while the pot is still warm. Please keep the kettle body dry after cleaning to avoid rusting of the iron kettle.
