What payment methods do you accept?

Great question!

We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover.

We also accept payment by PayPal; Shop Pay; Apple Pay or Google Pay.

If you decide to use any of these methods, you’ll be taken to either their websites, where you’ll be prompted to log in and process your payment. You’ll then be directed back to our merchant website once your transaction is complete.

Is it safe to use my credit/debit card on this website?

Are prices converted at checkout?

All Funki Buys orders are processed in USD.

Ordering and delivery

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Sure, yes you can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account.

However, we do recommend that you create an account, if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping basket, wish list items and payment details saved for next time.

It’s quick and easy to create an account.

Why do I need to add items to my cart before creating an account?

To help protect your privacy and prevent spam accounts, we only prompt customers to create an account after they've added items to their cart and started the checkout process.

This ensures that accounts are created by customers with genuine interest in making a purchase.

Once you're ready to check out, you'll have the option to create an account for faster future orders, order tracking, and personalized experiences.

 

 

What countries do you ship to?

We ship to most regions worldwide. There are currently some disruptions with shipping to the US due to the recent tariff changes.

However, we will continue to find good products at good prices that can still be delivered there.

Great news! Shipping is FREE on all orders, for all locations.
We provide free shipping on all Funki Buys orders, both domestic and international.

Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are determined by your country’s customs office and are not included in our prices.

Any applicable fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs authority for more information before ordering.

Where is my order confirmation?

Your order confirmation is automatically sent to your email address you provided when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please "Contact Us" just in case there’s a problem with your order.

Please also check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

When will I be notified about my order?

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can! We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

Can I alter my order?

Sadly, we’re unable to modify your order once we’ve started processing it. If you need to order a greater quantity or an additional product, please place a new order online.

Can I change my delivery address after I have placed my order?

If your order has not been shipped yet, then we can deliver to a different address as per your request. To know further, you can contact us through contact us form.

How do I cancel my order?

There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you "Contact Us" straight away after we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. If not, we will dispatch your order and then you can return it to us if you wish upon receiving it.

Why has my order been canceled?

We typically only cancel orders if there’s a problem with stock, or if you’ve asked us to cancel. Please accept our apologies if your order is canceled because of a problem at our end. We will always try to offer an alternative product and process your refund in full, as quickly as possible.

What if my order is delayed or hasn’t arrived yet?

While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, delays can sometimes occur due to customs processing, carrier issues, or seasonal demand.

What if my package is lost or marked as delivered, but I didn’t receive it?

If the package cannot be located, contact us within 7 days of the delivery update (or within 10 days for international orders). We’ll work with the shipping carrier to investigate and help resolve the issue.
